Pam has been a licensed Realtor since 2000.  She obtained her brokers license in 2005. Her Real Estate career has been primarily focused in the Hudson County area where she worked for national real estate franchises.  Pam has been involved in all facets of real estate, from apartment rentals to working with builders and architects on large development projects.   

Pam is a mother of two children.  Pam has strong community ties in her hometown of Bayonne, NJ.  She sponsored and coached her daughter’s soccer team for several years. Pam has sponsored Little League teams in Bayonne.  Pam is also a member of the American Legion Auxiliary.  Family is very important to the development of a community and was the driving force in choosing a career change to real estate for Pam.  Prior to a Real Estate career Pam was an officer for Bankers Trust Company. Pam was with the company for over 15 years.

When confronted with the challenge of the current real estate market Pam chose to direct her attention to an independent Real Estate office were she can better server the needs of individuals.  Helping a family find a home that meets their needs is what matters to me.

Rafael has been a Real Estate licensee since 2007. Helping people fulfill their “Dream” of home ownership is his number one priority. As one of the founders of Fajardo Realty Group, Rafael is creating an agency dedicated to serving the community.

Before entering Real Estate Rafael has been a member of the Elizabeth Board of Education for almost 16 years, serving as President from 1998-2000, reelected as president from

2005-2007. Rafael continues to serve on the Board of Education.

A Cuban native, he was educated in the Elizabeth Public Schools system where he attended Cleveland Middle School and Jefferson High School.  He then moved on to attend Rutgers University from 1972-1975 and has since become a successful local businessman.

Married with three children and two grandchildren, Rafael feels strongly about family values and community service.
